The Condit House is located on the campus of Indiana State University and houses the Office of the President.
The house was originally owned by the Rev. Blackford Condit and his heirs for 100 years (1862-1962).
Helen Condit, the last living heir, willed the property to Indiana State University in 1962.
Used as the Alumni Center until 1966, it was restored and expanded and now serves as the home
of the President of Indiana State University. The house is recorded as a Historical Building.
